Been thinking alot recently... its about gym. Well inter-schools over, my first competition of the year, maybe not really sastisfied but i had a great time(: Thanks everyone who cheered me on(:

And then there's training, well, im gonna have to fork out an extra 110% during training to achive what i want. Can't be so scared of everything anymore, can't be complaining im tired anymore, i just can't stay the way i am anymore, i need to improve. And yes, i'd like to thank all the people i've been training with, nawi, will, tim, gab, aizat, alan who have been training thier ass's off with me.

Haha! Thanks everyone who wished me a happy birthday! the presents and stuff! Thanks everyone! (: This weekend has been a long one.

Saturday, wake up, head to training. Well, got quite many b'day wishes there. Haha. And i almost got a "birthday treat" from the gym guys if you know what i mean. Showered, headed down to vivo for lunch with Shermain and Jessica, thanks for the presents man! Quite gay though! wahhaha. Then met Clarence. Headed to tampinese to visit derricks house. I must say, we got quite lost for awhile. Stayed there till around 8. Went home...

Sunday, well first went to church. You know its so weird, im always wanting to worship on sundays, but when it comes to sunday, im always feeling too tired! why? Well, After worship had no cell. I went to get my new phone. Lg Kc910 i think. They should have named it KFC910, lol. Went back to church to pick up family, then headed to some western resturant called Graze. The foods good, but the price, not so. haha. 12 people ate, around 500 bucks? Quite expensive, but good food yeah. Then headed to Auntie Serenes house for cny celebration. Ate my second lunch there, played some bible trivia game where i fell asleep half way. We then headed to island creamery for ice cream. They have chendol, teh flavour? like what the... even got pineapple tart flavour. Then Uncle Andrew gave us a lift home(: so here i am now, after dinner typing.

Now im 15, well i should be more matured. Everyones getting older so fast.. how time flys.. well, off to check if i have any homework! ciao!

Wow. Today was a really long day. Morning went for training and stuff. I have to be more patient, basics comes first indeed. I did a 20 second cross(: new record! haha beat the old 15. And i didn't know so many people's birthday fall on the month on January! hahah so cool! Got like 5 gym people plus me. Many others also but i can't remember! Haha we had a cake and stuff, thanks guy who bought the cake. I can't remember your name sadly.. We just met. Heehee. Zufar and me stuffed the cake with candles, so fun. ONLY IF WE HAD A LIGHTER): The cake would have exploded or something. After that like we gang 10 people go pizza hut, but only 6 of them ate. I just ate the cheese from the bottle, lol it was not bad actually. Went to the arcade for awhile, saw a woman like waste 89758923billion dollars on this machine and still did not even get a single thing. Like wow. I went home for lunch, had a burger, nasi lemak, 4 chicken thigh thingys and ice creamo around 4 plus. Then went to grandma's place for dinner, i had some hot plate thingy! Ate with Siew Ling for almoast 3 hours straight! I FEEL SO FAT NOW.

Anyway chinese new year is the season to have sore throats, grow fat, eat eat eat eat eat, ang baos, shake hands and EAT yeah. I still have to do school homework, why chers, why. Haha, its just a simple update bye people!

Well, Korean coach is here, he seems funny and okay. But yes, training's going to be doubly hard this time. It gets harder everytime we change coach. I learned some new korean phrase'BALI BALI' aka FASTER haha and we ended the lesson with like in korean greeting. Overall i just hope that he'll take us far (:

Today played basketball with church pals. I'm really bad at ball games i guess. Can hardly score any haha. Like seriously im shooting blanks or something haha. I feel quite bad today, really really bad at myself. I don't know why, just during todays worship, when there was something like an alter call, to be prayed for, so that during worship, we would experience something totally different. Everytime we worship God we want to lift our hearts to him, not just stand there and do like the same thing we do everyweek and stuff. Aiyuh... it's like i felt like going forward but i didn't.... I just stood at my seat... unwilling to budge. Must have been that im too hard-hearted or something ): Well thats all of the sad stuff.

So how did you spend your first two days of the year? Well,

First day
Well, i met Andrew, Ariel, Dillion, Keith, at i think some cineplex place, where we lanned. Played dota and got owned once again! You can't blame me actually, its my second time XD and at least a got a kill. Wahahahha. I also didn't know dota had mini games! Some of them were like impossible... well to me of course. Sadly we could not play guitar hero world tour ): wanted to try it so badly. After that we headed to burgerking where we played "munchkin" ahhahaha. The parts where you got backstabbed and you backstabbed people were awsome. Each time you are about to win, awwwww and likewise each time the others are about to win.... yeah. The game lasted at least 2 hours i think, if im not wrong. Then we headed down to holland v(sadly Ariel could not join us) and met Joel and Janice for dinner and stuff, chatted. Dillion and me left first yeah, took a bus home and yes! I only get to see him one last time before he goes bald, lol. Thats it.

Today
I wake up, i go to school. The assembly grounds are floodded, and gosh, the sec 1's don't look like sec 1's anymore. They look like they are p4's or p5's like; shocking. Anyway my class is a mixture of people, some here some there. Meet my class teachers, both of them seem kind (: for once im having kind form/ co-form chers.. I hope so luh. So there was like many many naggy parts of the day, basically like the whole day -.- so much expectations so much blahing. I tried to stay awake, but i failed. Oh oh, and during recess the canteen was like floodded with parents, then the principal was like somewhat shouting all over the place for the parents to siam, like, what the. POA cher like super nagger; and it's only the first time i met her, confirm die. We had like chapel which was like super boring at the end of the day, so i snoozed off to lala land. When i woke up everything ended, it was dismisal time. So off i went to bishan gym, since i was early, i still ended up hearing half of the meeting, luckily luh it was like super boring.... But yes, we needed that meeting. After that, lunch. I went with Asnawi, Aizat, Mother. Haha, i had ban mian, mother had wanton noodles, Aizat and Asnawi had macs, cos nothing there was halal. After we ate, we knew we were in trouble so we bid farewell to mum and headed back for the gym. We actually got to slack today!!!!! LIKE WOW. But aizat and me did like a 1hour handstand, something im proud off its the longest handstand i've ever done! 1 hour straight man!!!!!! woooooohoooooo. My wrists were killing me, i thought they were going to break or something. At like 3 mins i was like CANNOT MAKE IT but i finished an hour in the end. Yay me yao! After that we did some ropes ended, like around 7 plus.. went for bubble tea, had some chat and here i am now posting after all my duties are fufilled in the house; eating, bathing, tving, lazing around. On the first day of new year santa said to me, SCHOOL START TOMORROW. Lol, pong.

This year seriously flew by. The struggles and pains all forgotten, well most. All i can say is that, i am changed, i am revived. Indeed the lord has been faithful to me throughout the whole year; even though i myself have not really been faithful to him. Seeing how he has changed me during the past year has been one word, amazing.

Im just going to type whatever comes to my mind.

Gym
Aiyuh, this one ah is my second life. Just doing it for one purpose; like to achieve a decent result or skill before i like quit or something. I just can imagine life without gym. No going to the same place called bishan sports hall 6 days per week, torturing your body just so you can improve. Heh. And yes! Coaches are important. Coach Lin is i must say, best. I must say, i doubted him at first, and now i totally regret why i did that in the past. He's a great coach great great great great to the power of 409534090.... I just hope that we'll all go far together as a team. We'll laugh, cry, bleed, sweat and all the other stuff you can think of together. And one more thing, I STILL NEVER TRAIN ENOUGH AND ITS A FACT. How you spend your new year morning, "in the gym".

2009 resolutions! They are ones which are really hard to get!!

First of all, remain close with my bwest fren fwoeva, God which means i'll have to be super on track with my qt and stuff (: hehe. I am revived and i want to stay that way!
Secondly, duh get good grades of course, AND NOT TO FALL ASLEEP DURING CLASS!! Im going to try. I can't get such GOOD grades anymore, its just doing something unjust to myself (:

Many many things have happened during training so far. One of them which is that a new phrase has been composed! "YOU ARE A WOMAN". It's the best. Coach can be dam funny at times... he could act in a soap opera or something.. He also has been talking much words of wisdom into us, but sadly im hardly able to apply it >:( I wish i could feel no pain or fear, now that would be so awsome. And yes, church camps coming 15~18 which means i'll be missing 4 days of training. Not sure what's going to happen when i go back on next friday, maybe i'll vomit blood! :D

Yesterday i tell you, very tiring ah. Lol. Mag had trails selection, and like over 30 people turned up? Wow. I just went there to kapo :D So after trails ended we went for lunch and stuff, had bubble tea and chatted with pals until 3+? Lol, they're all nice people actually (: After that went home. The zhao farwell thing was brought forward to saturday lah, one week earlier as he wanted to go genting. Dinner was just, weird XD, Joey kept on putting some salty seasoning on the cooked food and giving it to derrick and he would go, "Wah dam salty!" ahhaha. After that we headed to someplace oppsite the singapore expo, actually to bowl, but in the end, only me and derrick bowled, the rest went to watch movie or either went home. That day was great (: just reached home a little too late like around almoast 2am.

Then i woke up today and went to church, lunched at crystal jade place thingy, i hate chopsticks, lol. Training is just, a killer. I know i suck but, how bad do we all really want it? How badly do we all want it? Push push push, at least i'll try and i hope everyone does too. Jia you peeps (:

Wanted to capsize purposely! How retarded! In the end, this happend my oar-thingy hit my partner's head causing him to drop his oar-thingy into the water turning the whole boat around, how cool. Its so confusing. Stress is building up on me.... not sure how much further i can go. Everyone burns down eventually. Sometimes, do you wonder who's right or wrong. Well, my dream on A1 for science has most probably been crushed. Today was just dumb, we have science till 945, they must purposely give us a recess till 1020? So we head back to class for some CME( moral education stuff). How stupid can the exam starts at 1030? Ends at 11? Wasted like 30 minutes of my life... Finished the paper in maybe lets say 10 minutes and went off to la la land. And there, in la la land, i experienced the most unusual experience ever! Prancing pink, poka-dotted unicorns all around the fluffy clouds! Cool right.

AND TODAY I FEEL SUPER STUPID CAN. I like injured my calf, just by playing, dammit. Hahaha :(. Im going to pon training all the way to thursday, and on thursday we're going to ccab, to TRAIN, yeah train, not slack. Anyway i like cookies and milk, bye!

DAM FUNNY CAN. ahhahahahhaha. Quite cool actually. I stumbled upon this while searching," Gymnastics Olympics 2008". Wow.

The weeks been a blast, so many things happening, so much changes, and not for the better exams are here, decided to post again for fun. I need to type down my thoughts now. Basically, screw MAG, they've managed to do it again, and yes again. How the hell did lin get 3 complains on zhao?
1. Saying vulgarities during training. Aw come on, grow up. Its normal for coach to get pissed and scold right? Even so, we as people who have our own common sense, can choose to learn or whatever. Thats the first stupid matter.
2. Someone complains that we go to CCAB to play? Wth can, thats just plain stupid. I forgot who complained, but the best part is that the person NEVER EVEN WENT DOWN TO CCAB before to even see what we were doing. Say we go there play play, please can. We are "SG" people right, CCAB is under sg, we cant we go there and train once in a week, and maybe go there every saturday to relax, kick soccer and stuff?
3. Cant actually remember much of it but, overall, if your are the national team coach, you need students, and you try to steal us from our current coach. Not everyone's going to go over if they have a choice, so if you purposely complained just to get us, dam k, just dammit. And yes lin only has one student, will? And he does not even come for training in the first place, well hardly... So you end up taking in gabriel and Alan in. Read Kiat's blog, he's like totally right man. If they can just write in letters and come to train with lin, why did we even bother having trails? We also could have just wrote in letters and said we wanted to train. You have alreadly stolen so many students from Zhao, still coming back for more huh? Im just dam dissapointed at how some people can behave under certain circumstances. Why must all of this happen so suddenly? Stupid MAG. Nothing else to say, well SCIENCE PAPER HERE I COME! A1! :) GO people GO, those who are having eoys and whatever exams!

And the best part is I PASSED ,MY MATH TEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Actually i dont know why im proud of this. This is the FIRST math test i have passed so far since term one can! :))))))))))))))))))))))))))) a million smiles. Im looking forward to more good grades.

And yes, i've been ponning training for like more than half the week. I feel like a pig :) piggie piggie pig on a stick. Ahhhhh, im getting weaker by the milli-second. Haha. Today was tiring, but fun, yeah. After church, no cell as we just got new ETS :D its like super thick o.O. Some of us went for lunch at macs and then headed to nearby basketball court for basketball and soccer. Its amazing, one moment the ball is in front of you, and the next thing its over the other side of the court. And yes, i think im a super lazy person, haha, could hardly run! Eugene was like super fast, one side to the other, actually everyone was moving except for a few here and there, haha. Played bare foot for basket ball, haha my feet are sore now >:(. No idea what to really type about. Man... exams are like coming and here i am, still fooling around. You have to study my dear terry=.=. Oh my gosh man. I need to study study study till i drop dead. Why must so many things happen around this time? I want to pause the world for awhile. Now that would be really nice. Sometimes i can't even tell if im doing the wrong or right thing. I don't like the way things are going to be in the future according to what some people said.

And to gym, what the zou, where is everyone? Mag is shrinking like mad. No fun at all. There's no one to laugh with, talk with, train with, sucks. On the brighter side, today church is having an outreach by the mid-attum festival. Today's chapel in school put me into some thought. The speaker was this ang moh guy, super buff etc... Haha. He started off by bending stuff like a frying pan, metal rod with his mouth O.O and breaking a baseball bat but guess what? He told us his life story, he said he was handicaped as a kid, but here he was, speaking to us like a normal guy. Wow. One person supported him through all the way. People rejected him, he still never gave up... He told us how Jesus Christ changed his life. It was that day, when a pastor put a hand on his shoulder when he accepted Christ. It was all he was living for, no friends no nothing. Dam sad lah. He was almoast through tears when he told us his life story. The moto is "NEVER TO GIVE UP". Totally agreed man. I thank God for sending this speaker man, haha, really inspires me.

Oh yes! the term after september holidays are like super cool. It will become like primary school. The chers come in and out of the class rooms. We just sit there and wait except for the periods like D&T and stuff. Im going to love it, either because i can sleep through out the day, or we dont have to walk so much around school for lessons. Today is a super funny day. Lets start the day with the same old boring routine yeah. Dang today we had to stand during assembly as the floor was wet. Couldn't we just go to class? Oh yes. Then its the first period, drama. Man it sucked. Haha we got scolded to the max by woman man o.O we performed almoast 99.999% crap on stage. haha. My group got the title"Mad Monkeys" like what the zhou? We just sat down there and chatted for like 20mins, the time we were given to prepare for the act lol. We ended up doing this, sitting cross legged behind one another and scratching each others backs? The last person would move in front and so on. WE ACTUALLY MOVED ACROSS THE WHOLE STAGE O.O. haha we all got scolded in the end, Jon pek, Alpheus, Luke and me. Chinese's listening compre exercise is seriously rubbish. We were all talking and stuff. Haha, i coppied everything in the end. Geog's the best part of the day. Cher said that 70% of the class failed and every1 was like WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO? hahahahahha. Guess what. I passed amazingly with the marks of 13/20 :D 2nd in class siol. Actually that's a pretty low score but who cares?

Training was a total joke today. We had a spoiled badminton racket and we took out the string and make an "invisible barrier" at the entrance of the gym room door. hahaahah. Superrrr funny when coach walked in. He banged into the thing.. PLAN SUCCESS! oh man. The best part is when Timothy purposely went to walk into it. Super hilarious!!!!!!!!!!! The thing snapped on his body and there was like a long long mark around his stomach area and back. Hahahahhaa. Man my wrists hurt badly, ive got to stop slashing them. lol joking..

The week pasts so fast. Im not sure if thats a good or a bad thing... Ahhhhh i just finished watching the olympics closing ceremony.. lol wasn't really that nice, they made like many many many many many many formations or flowers, mini F1 racing track. Waow. One ting man. China has super alot of man power... there were like at least 2 million volunteers as mentioned by the broadcaster, thats like half singapores population, hah. Ah man, olympics is just so cool to watch, the way they run, jump, fly etc. haha. Michael Phelps 8 golds lehxzzxzx omz lah. haha but usain bolt still like dam funny and cool, he can actually relax and play around when he is running and still break 3 world records?!? Enough of the 5 multi-colour rings.

Woots. Today we had to give out fliers for the moon cake festival outreach programme. lol. so we people, Sean, Sherms, Jess, Abs, Ardella, Clarisse(im sorry) :D and yes Me heeeeee lol. O yeah, today was super sians i woke up at 10+. I bathed and changed and then headed toward's j8 as the girls said they would treat us to ice cream cos they sprayed out hair purple and with glitter and stuff. So we ate lunch and stuff.... eat eat eat eat. den after everyone finish we headed toward haagen dazszxzzxzxzxzxzxzx. We guys ordered 123456789 scoops each alot with 123456789waffles, 123456789 brownies, 123456789 toppings and we ate. Man, people talk so much crap before, after, when ice cream is being served and eaten, I have no idea who =P. super exp lah. i feel so bad.. That time we said we would treat the girls moonbucks, but the moonbucks cannot find, so dam sad siol... haiss nvm. We guys will treat you gers someday, somehow, somewhere. After we all parted, Galen Clarence and me went to watch movie, "Money No Enough". Hahaha its super lame and stuff at some parts. Well im glad that i had fun for today and stuff, i dont know why im so tired these few days... im BACK from asean school's!! haha. I had a very fun time there. Cant really type out everything as i cant really remember everything, but here it goes.

Day 1,
We bus there sehxzxzxxzx. Super longxzzxzx. There were so many check points, i think around 937million. And finger thingy things dont work on my kewl finger, some of us cool people had to queue up like forever and ever. Then we stopped for lunch at some resturant half way mmmmhmmmm. lol. we arrived at the hotel about 4++ i think. we checked in! 5 cool, sexy, funny people in one room. And the team consists of, Galen, Clarence, Timothty, Medric, and of course, sexy me. The room wasn't exactly so nice but yeahh, it was ok. Luckily Galen never bring his wii or like the person on the tv would be like super small haha! the air con i tell you, -123456789 degrees. super cold. And StarBucks is like a drug hahaha we kept on buying every day... woots....

Day 2,
We wake up from the 100years of sleep, den we fly down to the hall place for breakfast. lol. Interesting fact, Did you know, in all the 6 days there, the breakfast is all the same. haha. Saussage, Scrambled eggs, tomato keptchup, and toast with butter and strawberry jam. Dench we had to go for training at the Malayisa national guys' team gym. haha. Malaysian people are super friendly haha, made some new friends there, Ah wei, Chong Yuan, Daniel, Yi Fan, i cant remember all their names.. sian. Age is catching up on me!!!!!! We bought many many many many many snack over there lol to eat at night as to give us strengh.

Day 3,
We went for podium training at the stadium where we would be competing. We finished podium training early. The other competitors there were really strong, pro and stuff haha, i was quite scared when i saw them. Since we finished training early and there were no drinks around, and the girls stretched their training for almost 1 hour, so we headed to a nearby carnival and bought drinks, vodka, whisky, you name it i buy it. We played arcade, pool and stuff XD TIME CRISIS and RACING lol. When the male coaches play super funnyyyy!!!!!

Day 4,
Competition day. The girls had to wake up 5ish for comp while we woke up at normal time. When we reached there, the girls still competing, dam slow k. One hour one event. lol we guys finished around 8 plus so we went back to the hotel about 9++. I think that night we slept super early.. we were all burned.

Day 5,
Competition finals, i only made it into 2 events, rings(i dont know how i made it), and vault. Timothy got into 3 events .many many. Clarence also. Galen got into parallel bars and pommel! And Medric you slacker!! Never go IEF!!!!! just sit there whole day play PSP lol.. spiderman, spiderman. Heres the results, Clarence floor 2nd rings 3rd!!! Galen pommel 3rd!!!! I got vault 3rd! Overall we got team 3rd. Congrats all guys!! The prize giving ceremony is really long as after every event the medal is given out, you have to stand for national anthem, quite tiring.
Everyone was pretty happy, high as the comp was over!! so we party party, lol.

Day 6,
We had the closing ceremony where we had to perform some dance lol. it was pretty fun but like, we guys had to spray our hair with purple spray and glitter spray lol. I looked like some old uncle!! Everything went well and yeah smiles all over the place. O, i got dragged onto the stage to dance haha, quite funny, in the end, all the gymnasts went up to dance! after that we guys went up and showered and stuff. The girls said we would play charrades or however it is spelled, but we ended up watching tv. We guys also went down to lan, Dota and CS. My first time Dota sehxzxzxzxz lol. We played until about lets say 4 am?

Day 7,
SADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD, hais >:O. Im really going to miss it there. Well, just to round it off, we all had a great time, we all grew closer, we went through the ups and downs. Im going to miss you guys. Gym is cool, it can make you drool. o yes(the "you got punked" thing is still in my mind hahhah lol <3 people of the world

yeah! todays an almoast perfecto day :D i never sleep in school seh!!!!!! dench my math and geog test i know how to do, but i also hope that my results can pass espescially MATH hahaha. dench i go for training worxz (not really training). we played captain ball and some stuff lol dont know how to say.. oh YAH today was Zhao Lao Shi's and Dosmond's birthday celebration at CCAB! its was great!!! haha you know who's who, dont bother asking! Today Church was supper funnneh and weird o.O we had sushi making competetion!!!!!! so mad lah. we had to wear headbands on our fore-heads!!! waow. den had to go to sheng shiong super duper market and buy whatever we want to put on our sushi with $8. my group bought like nutella, WANG WANG ahhaha, and OLI(oreo). then we chiong back at the speed of 9254534.37843miles/hr to church to make teh sushi! Oh my gosh lah then we started making the sushi. Even though it did not look great on the outside, it tasted GREAT... until belven added mayo. eww hahaha. our sushi is "cold rock' according to joel! making sushi is super funny. The sushi justs tastes like chocolate anyway, thats why its so nice :D.

just noticed, thiss week passed super fast, like super, i wish it could last forever, hahaha something like that. well at least i did my homework, im SO guai. Oh yes, ALEXIA SIM wo bu chien ni $60. na tian wo hen mang.... mei shi jian worxz... har har..... i also cant believe that tomorrow is monday and that have training.. awwwww sian. and im going to start training super hard!!... well at least i"ll try not to slack =) i need to improve like seriously, my gym is starting to suck so badly. Hi all, today was uber weird, funny, boring, sian, lol, and stuff. School's inter-house games was a bore. i played floorball, super mad lah everyone like just hitting anyhow all over the place. haha and guess what our house got 1st for floor ball! well done!! although i only played like 2 games out of maybe 8? hahahhahahah im such a slacker. And the "water" they gave us tasted weird...

The long awaited octopus sunday :D! finally was today. There were many new faces, so kewlxzzxzxzzxzx haha. Everything went great! the worship and stuff.
